1. Charges

• Call-out / inspection charge: AED 50
• Service starts from AED 120 for the first hour
• Additional 30 minutes: AED 65
• Spare parts, fittings and materials are charged separately after customer approval.

2. Know This Before You Book

• The service starts at AED 120 for the first hour, with AED 65 charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used.
• If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will apply.
• Canceling within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value.
• Additional materials needed, such as pipes or connectors, will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 35.
• We are happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market.
• In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• For drilling work on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange required permits in advance.
• Please ensure full access to the work area so our technician can complete the job smoothly. If access or permits are unavailable, the service fee will still apply.

3. Please Note

This service does not include concealed piping repairs, underground leakage detection, water heater or pump replacements, pressure kit replacements, part procurement, or fixes related to construction defects.
